We meticulously renovated our home over the past year with a goal of preserving its historic qualities and adding modern amenities. It features three bedrooms with Novaform memory foam mattresses, two bathrooms with wraparound tile and walk-in showers, a chef's kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and an open-concept layout perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

Neighborhood Highlights
Dignowity Hill is a historic and vibrant neighborhood in San Antonio, renowned for its rich cultural heritage and unique character. Located just east of downtown, it's home to a mix of well-preserved historic homes and newly constructed ones. It has excellent proximity to downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, the Pearl District, and the historic Alamo. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with new and tenured residents alike.
We treasure our neighborhood, but understand that it may not be suitable for all guests. Like most downtown areas in major cities, you may notice high foot traffic and road construction. Rest assured, we have never experienced issues with safety. As an extra precaution and peace of mind, we equipped our home with 24/7 exterior surveillance and a security system with live monitoring. We also provide complimentary earbuds and white noise machines in every bedroom.

Thank you for considering booking with us! Before you confirm your stay, we want to make sure you're aware of our house rules, which are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Should you have any issues, during your stay please don’t hesitate to reach out to your hosts, Belen and Jorge. We are here to help and ensure you have the best possible stay!
Please note that there will be no refunds for house rule violations and violators may be asked to leave the premises. Our rules are as follows:
-No pets are allowed in the home
-No illegal drugs, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the premises. A $300 fine and additional cleaning fees may be imposed for violations
-No parties or events
-Please remove your shoes if possible when entering the house
-Please use the available coasters on the wooden furniture and countertops
-Do not set the thermostat lower than 70 degrees during the summer
-All garbage should go in the provided wastebaskets. If wastebaskets are full during your stay, please tie and dispose of any full waste bags in the marked bins outside
-Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges - please report immediately
-Check-out is at 11AM. Late check-outs, if available, need to be authorized by the host no later than 5PM the evening before check-out. Additional fees may be assessed for violations. We usually have guests booked back to back and when someone checks out late it causes an inconvenience for the maid and for the next guest
-Video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers, and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. Please note photo shoots done without prior consent face penalties of up to $500 a day
-The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please limit any loud noises after 10PM
Safety Requirements and Precautions:
-Our home is not childproofed. Please take extra precautions to ensure your children’s safety
-Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries that occur while on the property
-No open flames or candles of any kind
-The homeowner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
-Use of the Ring alarm system is encouraged. Please be aware that the front door may be automatically locked and the alarm system may be automatically armed when the property is vacant
- No weapons or firearms are allowed on the property
-Please note that we treat the interior and exterior to keep out pests, including ants, insects, mice, roaches, and other pests. While not common, our space may not be a fit for those who are phobic of these and other wildlife
