Built in 2024, this 780 sq ft stand alone home towards the back of a lush one-acre property is all yours during your stay. This guest house has a spacious lanai and perfectly flowing floor plan- ideal for families, small groups or couples. Serene and aesthetically-pleasing, your sanctuary is filled with natural light. Furnished with a king size bed as well as a queen size bed and comfortable sofa, Hale Wood comfortably sleeps 4 (a fifth person could sleep on couch). Bathroom has tub and shower.
The complete kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook...including a 5-burner gas range, microwave/air fryer, all utensils and cooking devices, even a drying cutting board and knife holder and a Nespresso machine.
Easy access to Hilo, and lower Puna.
Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park Is 40 minutes away. Kona is a 2 hour drive away.
Private entrance. The ohana is located In Hawaiian Paradise Park, on agriculture-dedicated land so you share the property with cats, dogs, sheep, coqui frogs and geckos. Your host’s home Is 200 ft away.
