This 7 room single-level bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The home boasts an open concept floor plan in the main living area with dinning area and kitchen, with beautiful wooden countertops, stainless steel appliances. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, smart TV (in living room), central A/C and heater, game room, outdoor swimming pool. There is a dedicated office space and also additional sleeping area in the game room.

The house has sleeping arrangement for 8 people:
- Master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom (sleeps 2)
- 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2)
- 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (full & twin) (sleeps 3)
- ADU room has a futon sofa converts into a bed (sleeps 1)

GAME ROOM:
For those who love a little friendly competition, the game room awaits! Challenge your companions to a game of pool on the professional-grade pool table, or try your hand at poker or various board games for a laid-back evening indoors.

OUTDOOR + POOL Area:
There is a direct access to a private courtyard with large swimming pool and plenty of room for outdoor entertainment. The real highlight of this property is undoubtedly the outdoor oasis awaiting just beyond the sliding glass doors. Whether you're soaking up the sun on a lounger or taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, you'll feel like you're living in luxury. The pool area features sun bathing recliners, lounge seating with fire pit and BBQ grill in a fully private and enclosed backyard. Pool is open year round, but be mindful that Savannah is a seasonal state and it may not be pool season September - February.

We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway & grass areas at the back which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.

Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.

Pets are welcome, however please confirm with the hosts before booking.
