Come visit a beachfront condo in the heart of North Redington Beach, steps away from the sand. Enjoy picturesque sunsets from the balcony and beautiful views of the gulf of Mexico from the large outdoor patio on the beach. This lovely condo has a kitchen and living room in main living area, a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. Free WiFi that will allow you to stay connected to family and friends at home. It is beautifully decorated, and ready to be your home away from home.
North Redington Beach is a wonderful area, that is just 4 miles north of famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Here you will find restaurants and entertainment galore. Then retire back to your quiet retreat in North Redington Beach. The Marwick condominium is a small building, away from the crowds but close enough to all of the attractions in Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete. Football and baseball stadiums in Tampa are about an hour away. The property has picnic tables, charcoal grill on it's beautifully manicured grounds.

Top Things to Do in North Redington Beach:

1. Go to the Beach! Absolutely gorgeous beaches.
2. Go to John Pass (about 1-2 miles down Gulf Blvd) which is a fishing village with lots of shops, restaurants and on the ocean. The largest bar in Florida "Gators" (named after the Florida Gators Football Team) is there. There is a pirate ship that takes tourists out for a boat ride. Also, there is a Casino ship there... and finally they have Dolphin Cruises to see dolphins. You can also rent Jet Skis and Parasail there as well.
3. Walk the Redington Beach Pier. One of the longest Piers along the Gulf. Take your fishing gear.
4. Be sure and eat at the Salt Rock Grill in Indian Rocks Beach (next door to Redington Beach)-very nice and excellent food.
5. Drive south to Treasure Island along Gulf and eat at Caddy's on the Beach. Fun place for pina coladas, beach chairs, and good fun.
6. Feed live alligators waiting in the large pond while you play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove along Gulf Blvd (one mile south of Redington Beach).
7. Drive North about 15 minutes and see Clearwater Beach---madhouse of college students but nice beach too. The original HOOTERS restaurant is there. The best party place along Gulf Blvd is a place in Clearwater Beach called "Shepards". Has live bands, outdoor tiki bar, etc.
8. Outside of Shepards, the next best beach bar to go to is called "The UnderTow". Its small, along Gulf Blvd in St. Pete Beach (1-2 blocks north of the Don Cesar Famous Hotel). They have limited parking, but the bar is great (the counter has a small river running through it) TV's, Pool. Stuff to Eat and right on the ocean. During the day, they have volleyball, etc on the beach. A lot of fun!

Perfect for solo or couples!
Condo was as pictured, check in was super simple, Irene provided clear instructions, great local recommendations, and was very responsive. The condo is right on the beach, a quiet non-touristy part, it was beautiful. Beach items were provided and easily found in the unit, and other necessities were also there & a full kitchen. Everything needed to cook and all the little touches really made the stay extra comfortable. This location is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and stores, a spa, and short Uber to other places/stores. I can’t say enough how happy I was & the pleasantness of Irene. As much as I want to keep this hidden gem to myself so I can book more and more, lol, I can’t, by far my favorite place to stay in the area. I can’t wait until my next stay! Thank you!

Great location
Had a great stay! Enjoyed the beach view while having early morning coffee from balcony. Location is ideal. Early morning walks on the beach and easy walk to some great restaurants. Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was sold to a new owner and she was very responsive and easy to work with!

Simple & Relaxing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfectly situated for the two of us, a few steps from the beach, and a few steps from the trolley to endless entertainment, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay here again. Property manager was very accommodating.

Great Stay
Since this trip was just my wife and I this property worked well. While the unit doesn’t face the beach it has a nice sun deck that sits right on the beach. It has plenty of lounges and chairs to relax in if you don’t feel like dragging beach chairs to the sand. The sun sets are fabulous and the unit is real close to restaurants and shopping. The only real knock is that the furniture is extremely outdated and should be updated. Other than that the property worked out well

Quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed for the week. One area that needs attention is the pillows for the bed. Please replace them occasionally as they do tend to absorb odors from previous guests. Cyd was great getting the wifi problem resolved. We would stay here again if coming to the area.

We had a great time staying at the condo! It was very clean when we arrived and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook what we wanted too. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was heaven 😇 i need it at home 😂!!! The bathroom was a little small but it was well stocked with towels and was big enough. We would love to come back and stay there again. The outside is well maintained. The gate to the beach was closed but that was for safety reasons due to the recent hurricane. The beach was fantastic and you really are steps from it!!

My time at this property was great, but could have been much better if this unit was updated. The bathroom and shower, kitchen cabinets, bedroom window and screen, all window blinds, pots n pans, and silverware, are either very old or broken, or messy. Some safety issues as well, medicine cabinet mirrors have very sharp corners and will cut you, electric outlets need repair, replacing the rusty shower tree, etc. I think I've captured most items. This statement is honest and without prejudice.

Mold in bedroom air conditioner unit. We loved the people and the location. We were there for a month and made many friends. Owner quick to respond to originally responses when we checked in. Did not hear back on second response about air conditioner concern.

Absolutely Beautiful
Condo sits right on the beach! Clean with a nice king size bed and comfy. Everything you need is there! Big concrete patio with umbrella table and chairs and layout chairs also. Beautiful sunsets on the beach also great sea food across the road at the couch and try salt rock down the road at Indiana shores it’s awesome!!!

TOTALLY RELAXING
Was everything as described. Linens plush, kitchen was fully equipped. Neighbors wonderful. Beach access totally amazing. We had a wonderful time and look forward to future stays.

My overall impression, property & beach were very nice
I was pleased with the short distance to the beach from our condo. I thought the condo was nice, perfect for 1 or 2 people. It was a bit smaller than what I was expecting but very clean & cozy. I didn't like we had no washer & dryer in our unit & had to pay to use the 1 washer/dryer units on site. I would possibly stay here again in the future.

Great place!
We spent a week here at the end of July. The unit was exactly as expected. The owner's communications were fast, efficient and friendly. It's upstairs, but still it's out the door, down the stairs and on the beach. The North Redington Beach area has become our favorite and we have stayed in several different places. This one was the best yet and at an affordable price.

Wonderful
If you're looking to relax in quite surroundings this property is for you. This is a great location, less traffic and noise, but plenty of great restaurants and shopping oppurtunities. This unit was clean and well kept. Just a short walk accross the patio and the white sand awaits.

Great Location, clean unit, owner provides excellent customer service
This is great location, very clean unit and owner provides excellent customer service. We had 3 people staying and needed 3 separate sleeping places, so owner provided air bed for us. All appliances were working, and everything was clean. Shower had good water pressure and drainage. We bought beach umbrella with 2 sand shovels since these items were not available with this unit and left it in the unit as "pay it forward" so now this place should have it and include in the description. I agree with other reviewers about cooking surfaces and knife set. It is hard to cook in the unit since counter space is very small and all other surfaces are glass including very huge glass cutting board. Knife set on the counter top is not suited for chopping, peeling or slicing food (or any type of food preparation tasks). The set in the pantry is much better. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the knife sets are swapped and oversized wooden cutting board is available or at least several flexible cutting mats. Otherwise, sunsets are beautiful, beach is soft and sandy, and neighbors are friendly and quiet. Perfect vacation.
