The space
Porch has four chairs, table, ceiling fan, gas grill there is a $10 fee for using the grill since it's ran by propane gas.
Entry to house: there's living room which has sectional couch, cocktail table, ottoman and a chair TV (55inch) above fireplace.
Dining room: has a dining room table (seats four), window AC (1200BTU) bench window where guest will have access to get extra blankets or comforters. Kitchen: has refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker, toaster, fire extinguisher etc.
Bath Room: has tub and shower, towels and rags toilet paper, paper towels, first aid kit, hand soap.
First Bedroom: bed (queen), closet, night stand that has a deck of playing cards, phone chargers (iPhone and android) spiritual information all in drawn.
Second Bedroom: futon that lets out to bed, a stand with a TV (36inch).
Guest access
The guests will not have excess to two of the rooms that are on the unit where they will reside. The house is a two family duplex there is a unit on the second floor which the guests will not have excess too neither the basement nor side door. When entering the first floor unit the guests will have excess too living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and two bedrooms.
