This this is a back house of ocean front duplex in Naples island neighborhood. The house has three levels. First floor is the garage. Second floor is two bedrooms and third floor is living room and kitchen.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Both Bedrooms are downstairs)

- Bedroom No#2: 1 queen bed sleeping 2 and one bunk bed with a pull out sleeping 3 more.

PARKING: Garage parking on the right side of the garage only.

Sit Back and Relax - Totally Enjoyable Experience

Super clean, light-filled, airy property along the East Seaside Walk near Alamitos Park in Long Beach. The easy to navigate, comfortable floor plan provides a pleasant experience. Multiple beaches and restaurants nearby provide enjoyable options. This unit is ideal for your California coastal experience. No doubt that we will return for a future visit.

NOT WALKABLE TO SEAL BEACH - LOCATION IS A LIE - DO NOT BE DECEIVED

Against my better judgement I selected this property even though it had no reviews yet. That was a mistake. This property is pinned to a location that is on Ocean Avenue, a 2 minute walk to the Seal Beach Pier, that Vrbo will confirm with you several days before your stay. However, the night before you arrive you will receive a message from the host with a different address that is 3.9 miles away from Seal Beach in the Los Alamitos harbor, unwalkable to anything. When you contact the host to tell them they are mistaken, they will "apologize" for any confusion the listing may have caused and make excuses about how they can't pin the "exact address", but promise you will enjoy your stay. How can you enjoy your stay when the entire stay was based upon being in a home in Seal Beach and walkable to the town? They know their listing is wrong and refuse to correct it Even though I would say steer clear from anyone who is being deceptive, my review of the home: access through the garage is frustrating. At one point a giant SUV parked in there and we couldn't get our car in anymore. Then the exterior door to the garage was locked and the code the host sent didn't work. So we had to figure out how to exit the property. Couch, which is a piece of outdoor furniture, needs cleaning, lots of stains. The Wolfe range makes you think it may be a cooks kitchen. It isn't. Lacking basic utensils, like knives, and only 1 dish towel? Bath towels have lots of bleach stains and feel old.
