My husband and I have been in AZ for well over 30 years. Everything in the home has been remodeled and replaced. A second garage and two sets of stairs with balconies was added to create a unique space upstairs. The bottom half has a renter as well.

Why they chose this property

Just a few minutes from civilization but within 3 minutes of the national Tonto Forest. The abundant wildlife amazed us when we moved to this neighborhood. At night the sky is full of stars, and during the day it is so quiet and peaceful. This is a beautiful place and hard to beat.

What makes this property unique

We completely renovated this property and fully furnished it with the intent to lease the top loft to traveling professionals and nurses from all over the world, months at a time.
