Lake Luxe is a 2200 sq. ft two story home located in The Hideout. Our home sits on 1 acre of woods. There are plenty of places to relax and to gather throughout the home with loved ones. To unwind, enjoy the sauna and hot tub. The fireplace is perfect for those long fall & winter nights, and the fire pit will keep you warm during those chilly spring & summer evenings. Guests are bond to enjoy themselves with the amenities that is inside of the home, as well as, what the community has to offer.

Welcome to your idyllic retreat at Lake Luxe, where every element has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your stay is not just a getaway, but a journey into family bonding, relaxation, and the crafting of memories that will last a lifetime. From the moment you arrive, the charm of the extensive front porch sets the tone for your stay, inviting you to envision evenings of laughter and days of leisure, with its welcoming outdoor sectional and a dining table that promises memorable meals under the open sky.

Step inside to discover the heart of the home: a chef’s kitchen that marries functionality with the warmth of family living. The open concept layout ensures that no one misses out on the fun or the conversation, whether they're involved in meal prep or simply enjoying the company. This kitchen doesn’t just cater to daily needs; it’s a space designed for hosting, capable of supporting the grandest Thanksgiving feasts or the most twinkling Christmas dinners. The seamless flow into the living area, with a dining table for eight and additional seating at the kitchen island, ensures that everyone can gather together in comfort and style.

But the enchantment of Lake Luxe extends beyond the communal spaces. The first floor houses a tranquil master suite and three additional bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. Venture to the lower level, and you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, an entertainment haven, complete with a smart TV, projector screen, air hockey, and pool table, perfect for any family game night.

Seeking a moment of tranquility? The quiet area with its cozy fireplace and the indulgence of a Bluetooth-enabled sauna offers a perfect escape. Outside, the hot tub and firepit invite intimate gatherings under the stars, rounding off the myriad of experiences that Lake Luxe offers. This isn’t just a place to stay; it’s where life-long memories are made.

Guests are welcome to use any area of the home, except for those secured with a lock.

The home is located in The Hideout which is a gated community. The community is family-friendly and offers so many fun-filled activities for everyone to enjoy. Guest will have access to the beach, lake, and pools during the summer months with the opportunity to be entertained by kayaks, canoes, inflatable rafts, and paddleboats. Guest will have access to the ski hill for skiing, snow tubing, and the skating rink during the winter months. In addition, guest can reap the benefits of a nine-hole golf course, walking and hiking trails, recreation activities such as an outdoor and indoor basketball & tennis court, clubhouse arts & crafts, fitness center, pubs & restaurants, and other amenities that north and south sections have to offer.

The home is located in the south section of the Hideout. It is recommended to drive to the different amenities that are located in the north and south sections of the gated community as these resources are at a distance if you decide to walk. Unfortunately, there are no sidewalks along the roadways. Please take precaution if you decide to travel on the street.

At Lake Luxe, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and secure experience for all our guests. It's important to understand that making a reservation is the first step towards planning your stay with us, but it does not finalize your booking. To secure your reservation fully, we require all guests to complete a mandatory pre-registration application and to pay the resort short-term rental fee based on overnight stay. This critical step is designed to enhance the safety and enjoyment of your stay.
Upon making a reservation, you will receive the pre-registration application via email within 24 hours. This application is essential for us to gather necessary details about your stay, including the first and last names of the primary guest responsible for the booking, their contact information, and similar details for all accompanying guests, such as their names, ages, and relation to the primary guest. It is imperative that the information provided is accurate and complete to avoid any disruptions to your booking.
Please note, the completed application must be returned to us no later than 48 hours after receipt. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. This pre-registration process not only helps us prepare for your visit but also grants access to the property, ensuring that only those listed on the form are allowed entry. Once the form is submitted, the details are final, so please review your information carefully before submission. We look forward to welcoming you to Lake Luxe and ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Once we confirm the form was submitted and no further action is required, we will submit an invoice to pay the resort short-term rental fee for your overnight stay. This is the final step in completing your reservation. The resort short-term rental fee is $205. This fee would need to be paid immediately after we confirm the form was submitted successfully.
There will be 6-member guest passes and 3 renter guest passes provided that will give you access to the amenities and facilities on-site. Please note, some of the activities requires an additional fee. Please make sure to return the guest passes at the designated spot within the home to avoid any additional charges to you. If passes are not returned, you will be charged $60 for each pass missing.

Please be advised that this home is situated in a wooded area and is surrounded by natural wilderness. As a result, you may encounter insects both inside and outside the home. While we do spray periodically to help minimize these sightings, the home's location within this environment means that complete elimination of such occurrences is not possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique charm and beauty of this natural setting.
Guests will be sent the guestbook via email after we receive the completed Pre-registration guest application. It is important to read this prior to arrival as this contains important information that can ensure a wonderful stay. The guestbook will also be at the home located in the kitchen.

At no given time should trash be stored outside. To maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the community, it is important to follow the guidelines for trash and recycling disposal. Trash and recycling should be taken to the local trash dumpster, located conveniently close to your home. Leaving trash outside is strictly prohibited and can result in fines. The dumpster is accessible from Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 8:00pm, and on weekends from 8:00am to 8:00pm. During holidays, such as Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the operating hours may differ, typically closing earlier at 4:00pm. It's essential to be aware of these schedules to avoid any inconveniences. If any trash is left behind for the cleaning company to take care of, you will be sent a request to pay a trash fee that can range from $50.00 - $75.00.
