Welcome to our Southern Charm Retreat. A charming one bedroom nestled in the heart of a vibrant community! Located within easy reach of two prestigious universities (OBU & Henderson). Our cozy abode offers the perfect retreat for students, professors and travelers alike.
For outdoor enthusiasts, pristine lakes offer opportunities for swimming, boating, and fishing just minutes away. And for those with a taste of adventure, crystal and diamond mines await exploration.
After a day of exploration, unwind in our comfortable 1 bedroom home, complete with plush bedding and ample storage space. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals with ease, or you can venture out to sample the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. If you decide to cook the kitchen is fully stocked to cook, bake or craft morning coffee to enjoy on the porch.
The spacious one bedroom has a king size bed, nightstands, reading lights, plenty of storage and nice size closet. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room available for guests with additional storage space available for your things. We provide a hard back board and additional mattress for the sleeper sofa for added comfort. There is a 55" TV in the living room.
Whether you're here for academic pursuits, outdoor adventures, or simply to relax and recharge, our Southern Charm Retreat provides the ideal home base for your stay. Book now and make unforgettable memories in our charming corner of the world!
We welcome friendly house trained pets with a non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $50 cleaning fee.
