▪️ Spacious dining table seats 8 comfortably on the upper level with an additional outdoor dining set up on the upper deck overlooking the Columbia River and Mt. Hood

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ Our driveway is roped off due to the degradation of the gravel. Please do not tamper with the chain link and park there.
▪️ Park your cars at the shed/carport area past the home (up to 3 cars). Be careful not to drive or park on the paved area at the end of the driveway near the shed/carport, as it belongs to our neighbor and is off-limits. Violators will be towed at their own expense.

▪️ Please do not take indoor furniture outside.
🌱 YARD WORK
▪️ Please be mindful that our landscapers do not have a set schedule. They may service the property while you're there. All yard work will be on the exterior of the home only.
Warning: Please do not drive on or park on the paved area at the end of the driveway near the shed/carport area. It is off-limits and belongs to our neighbor. You will be towed at your expense.
