This place has been fully renovated to offer you a beautiful cozy place to call home while you are traveling for pleasure or work. It has been tastefully decorated having in mind a sleek down to earth vibe. The access to this home is throughout a paved path on a large turf fenced front yard.
The Eclectic decor with neutrals earth colors welcomes you to a spacious layout full of natural light during the day. The Modern Kitchen/Living room/Dining room open floor concept provide our guests with a wonderful flow area to entertain, work, relax, sip some wine or cup of coffee, watch your favorite shows and cook while interacting with each other.
The Kitchen has been stocked with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, blender, waffler maker, mixer, rice maker, coffee maker, etc. The gas Range is a fryer/convection/ Broil Range to eliminate the need of extra appliances. The dining table sets 4 people perfectly plus you have extra seats with the island.
We've thought of everything you need to cook a meal plus bottle openers, cork screws and wineglasses to sit back and relax with a glass of wine on the patio which includes an electric Barbecue grill, outdoor table, and chairs for your enjoyment. Soak the California sun in the privacy of your place.
You would be enjoying a nice, comfy king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom with well-appointed hotel quality bed linens, non- allergenic comforters, abundance of new fluffy pillows and high-quality bath towels. The contemporary tiled walking shower is in the hall with easy access from any part of the unit.
You have the convenience of a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the private patio with outside space to hang your towels/clothes after a day on the beach. Tankless water heater to have always the perfect water temperature.
There is 250 Mbps high-speed internet for the WIFI. So, you can work/stream your favorites programs with your own credentials on the 50" LG TV.
If you don't see an amenity you need, please let us know. We will try to our best to accommodate it. There is a small laptop friendly desk in the common area.
We welcome people from all backgrounds. Families with little ones let us know if you would be needing certain accommodations to have them ready at your arrival. Please keep your little ones always under parental observation at all times. This duplex is not a childproof place. We proud ourselves of offering a hypoallergenic place for which we DON'T accept any type of PET at all. NO Exceptions. Please refrain from asking.

We both work full time, so chances are we won't be around to personally greeted you, but we are just a message away in case you need something. We would try to our best to respond promptly.
Check in is completely contactless. You will given a door code before check in.
This property is a duplex, the other unit has full time residents. We kindly ask to don't disturb the tenant next door. Please be respectful with the property and the quiet hours. Thank you in advance !
There is a driveway for parking one vehicle and plenty of street parking just in front of the duplex.
For Early check-in and late check-out: We try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Please inquire for early check-in or late check-out with your host.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
The mínimum age to book is 25.
Our place is perfect for any short-term vacation/job assignment needs or transitional housing needs. (Corporate Housing, Insurance Stays, DOD, or government contracts preferred)
Housekeeping may be included on a monthly basis for stays of 30 days or longer with an extra charge of $200.00 In case you want housekeeping services more often, we may accommodate it if you requested ahead of time. There is a $200 charge for each extra service.
For stays longer than a week:
Starter supplies only of coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, etc. They are just to get you going for your arrival. When they run out you are to restock those yourself.

Please Note: There are Beach towels (blue stripes) for your use to take to the beach, gray small blankets, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella if you decide to enjoy the Beach. Please keep the white towels to be used at the house.
