It’s a place where family and friends can gather to feast, laugh, play, soak and stargaze in the hand-made Cedar Hot tub after a long day in the sun and salt air. The cozy hunter green Mario Bellini sofa in the Family Room is the best place in the house to watch a show or just lounge. The first floor bedrooms are spacious and private and share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second floor primary suite has a stunning walk-in shower and 6’ claw-foot soaking tub. The primary suite is private and tucked away upstairs. The radiant heated tile floors in both bathrooms are a welcome add. Owner to provide blankets and pillows. Tenant to bring or rent linens for (3) queen beds. This high efficiency home is extremely well insulated and runs on solar power, but also has the benefit of an endless supply of on-demand hot water so everyone gets a hot shower or bath after the beach.
