We are from the Midwest and the Northeast. We've lived here in "Paradise" - south Florida - for 20 years, and also periodically visit those areas for family and professional reasons.

We have enjoyed being an owner / host through VRBO on a few homes since 2009. As veteran vacationer / snowbird hosts, we are very familiar with, and responsive to, what our guests need and want. With a local presence to this property, we can be available to react to guests' questions in a timely manner.

Quiet neighborhood of single-family homes, close to restaurants, grocery stores, bay, beach and beach-side dining, public transportation, Interstate 95; A1A Hwy.

We chose this neighborhood because it is close to so many amenities!

Just 1.5 miles east, walk or drive over the scenic Intercoastal causeway, you will find:
- Deerfield's award winning "Blue Wave" Beach
- Public beach parking
- Deerfield Beach 1,000-foot International Fishing Pier
- Beach-front restaurants
