Beautiful home located in Austin's historic neighborhood "clarksville" next to downtown. We have hosted many fascinating notable figures here, including a famous texas senator. This is our REAL home, not a "side-rental" property. Wonderful private back patio ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Filled wt lovely interior design/art books, beautiful art & antiques, kilim rugs, skylights. Free street parking. Walk outside into a park. Full kitchen wt all amenities.

Walk to restaurants, cafés shops, short ride to UT campus & Blanton museum. Short uber to S. Congress, Rainey St or East Austin. Walk to Jeffreys, Clarks oyster bar, coffee shops, Whole Foods HQ & many more lovely spots. 1.5 mile to Zilker park & Trailhead of Lady Bird Lake Trail, where you can walk, run, bike, rent canoes and paddleboards.
