Beautiful property, lovely and fascinating home; but the property management company is utterly ineffectual if a problem arises. In this case: plumbing issues that warranted an ASAP response (dishwasher that powered off, sink drain that gurgled and spat up). As of the end of our stay, no one on the 'local team' had reached out - nor had a plumber made a service call. There were other issues, but minor in comparison (e.g. smoke detectors chirping at 6AM with no replacement batteries to be found, excessively skimpy basic supplies, etc.). We are writing this hoping the owner will see the review and follow up with Vacasa.
