A newly renovated apartment, 70 m2, on the fifth floor, with two bedrooms (five beds in total) and two bathrooms with stunning views over Cannes, Mandelieu and Mountains. The apartment has a 20 m2 balcony with beautiful views, a perfect place to enjoy your meals and enjoy the view. The apartment is only a less than a five minute walk from the beach and a fifteen minute walk into the Centre of glamorous Cannes. Free parking for one car.
