The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a KING BED in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans.Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. Perfect for my family

My children are now old enough to enjoy a true vacation. It was the first time at the beach for my children and it was really hard to keep them out of the amazing pools here! It was a beautiful, safe and peaceful vacation.

A Treasure on Treasure Island

For our Sisters vacation, this place was perfect. We each had our own bed and bathroom and the view overlooking the pool and beach was beautiful. Loved the extra ammenities (gym and pool and cafe). friends came to visit us and were impressed by the ammenities and additional parking next door was convenient. Stores and shops were close by. We gals like it quiet and this was perfect, even though near the pool. plenty of water pressue in the master shower, not in the handsink and the 2nd shower needed more hot water, my sister says. Loved it though :)

Exceeded our Expectations!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Cinnamon beach! From the cleanliness of the whole complex to the spacious unit, beautiful sunset etc. it was a great vacation! The kids loved the pools, club house and air hockey also. We will be back!

My friends and I have stayed at this building several times and I believe even in this unit. We feel the pool size and set up is one of the best in the area and the room has a great gulf view over the pool. It has easy access to the beach and chairs and an umbrella and toys for kids. Comfortable and clean. We would look to stay here again without question.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean and quiet. The view is incredible and the Sunsets were Marvelous! The location is very convenient to everything you need. We will definitely return to this unit.

My wife, two daughters, and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. We had a great stay. We all loved the ease to get to the beautiful, clean beach. The kids really enjoyed the clean pool as well. We liked that there are a couple bins full of beach toys that could be borrowed/used. We all liked the condo. It was perfect for a family of four. A few easy fixes for the owner or management company to address are: the refrigerator handle was busted and hanging, some basic items would be nice like: salt and pepper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, soap dishes in the bathrooms, and a good dusting. The ceiling fans are coated in dust and dirt. Also, when you turn the TV on in the living room it also turns the TV on in the bedroom. The washing machine is loud so I recommend not using it at night. All in all we had a great time. We recommend Fort DeSoto Park which is a short 30-40 minutes drive south. $5 admission fee. My family and I would stay at this condo again. Thank you. We also had good communication with the property management company as well.

Condo was a great location! The condo floor had some dirty spots and counter needed to be wiped down. The bed was awful in the master bedroom and the pull coach needs a mattress pad and sheets! Loved the location and security was great! Pool staying open late was great too for my teen kids!

Great location. Very clean. Guest BR very small. Needs new mattress. Pull out sofa only good for very small kids. Bring a blow up mattress if you want to sleep 6 adults. Had to buy furnace filter because the one in unit was very dirty. Had to get property manager to bring mop and vacuum so we could clean the unit. Need a secure WiFi. Would definitely go back.

Florida trip 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas. We sure enjoyed the Tiki Bar and Cafe' on the property. Publix, Walgreen's, and John's Pass is very nearby, which was very convenient. The sunsets were spectacular, as was our time at the beach, which was just steps from our building. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals at home. Be sure to visit the Shake Shack next door for a yummy treat! So many things to do and see in the area. Will most definitely stay here again!

311N Didn’t Disappoint

The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having an on-site cafe and Tiki Bar. The cafe has Tide pods and other basic necessities available should you need them. The staff was quite friendly and made you feel at home. Although we had read parking was an issue, we had no problems whatsoever. The beach is just a few sandy steps away. We would definitely return.

ON THE BEACH

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY. LOVED THE CAFE FOR BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING. THE BAR NEEDED MORE HELP SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO STAND IN LINE SO LONG. MORE LOUNGE CHAIRS AT THE POOL SINCE RED TIDE WAS IN FULL FORCE AND WAS EXTREMELY BUSY. LIKED THAT WE WERE ABLE TO CHOOSE OUR ROOM/LOCATION, VERY CONVENIENT WITH GRANDCHILDREN. PARKING IN OUR SPACE WAS CHALLENGING SINCE "VISITOR PARKING WAS ALLOWED RIGHT BEHIND OUR VEHICLE. IF WE RENTED AN SUV, WE WOULD HAVE EXTREME DIFFICULTY GETTING IN AND OUT OF PARKING. WE PLAN TO RETURN.

Vacation chill

Overall the property was great. Great view of the beach & the storms moving in. On the negative side, parking (as we were told beforehand) was a mess especially if you have a large vehicle or truck. Another negative, the grills were in a bad location but we made it work. All in all, a great vacation.

Perfect place

The condo was perfect. Excellent views snd location. It had everything for the beach. It was clean snd comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time Not sure why we had to pay a fee to vrbo when we had to go through another agency. Next time I’d avoid the fee and go directly to the realty agent.
