River Rest 3: On river, prime location in town.

Beautiful river views from inside the unit. Riverfront deck. Ride bikes downtown in the summer along the river bike path. Unit comes with 2 bicycles once the snow melts! Modern small home on the Chena River. Short walk to Hoo Doo Brewery, Pioneer Park and the Carlson Center. 5+- minute drive to downtown, UAF, airport and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Spacious and fully stocked kitchen, large walk-in shower, fast Wi-Fi and a high-end queen bed and linens. Washer/dryer on property.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO CHILDREN under 10 years old. There are 3 units on the property. The only shared space is the coin-op washer/dryer and the patio/deck area near the river. Each unit has its own access. ***There is a ship ladder that accesses the loft/sleeping area. Easy to climb up and down, but requires both hands on the railings, is kind of steep and is not suited for children under 10, folks with bad balance or anyone afraid of heights.***

Our neighborhood is easy to access from all of Fairbanks. It's a great place to leave from for a long walk or bike ride as well. There is a dedicated parking spot in front of your unit. There is a plug-in for your car in the cold winter months.

I am extremely accessible. Generally able to respond to a text message within a few minutes.

You know the saying. . .location, location, location. This is it. On the river, close to everything. Only 8 minutes (or less) to Fairbanks International Airport, University of Alaska Fairbanks, Downtown and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. You can walk to Pioneer Park, the Carlson Center and one of our best local breweries, all in 5-10 minutes. There is a foot bridge that goes across the river to a wonderful bike path that you can take all the way downtown (approx. 2 miles) if you like. Our neighborhood is quiet, there are almost always ducks on the water and we often see fox, especially in the morning.

Please note the river can be dangerous. Do not get in or near. We have wonderful neighbors, please be courteous. Due to winter conditions generally starting mid November, the BBQ and chairs on the deck will be put away for the winter.
