Amazing 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom 3 level home across from Armacost Park in Avalon. This home is a perfect spot for your family vacation. The first level features a large family room leading to an expansive deck overlooking the pool and cabana area. The first level also has a King bedroom, 2 kids bedrooms with 3 sets of bunk beds ( one bed with a trundle) and 2 full bathrooms. The second level features an enormous kitchen with seating for 10, a living room and another King bedroom and full bath The third level hosts an expansive primary suite with King bedroom and en suite. The private backyard pool and cabana has refrigerator and TV.
