The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles rather than arbitrary human decision-making.

For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd, 2020. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions. Great space horrible neighbors
The location was great, the place was clean. On sight management was the only issue. The people staying next door broke all the rules, cramming 15 people in the space, creating a loud party every night. Enjoying the patio, the key to the place was ruined. Management enforced no rules and stayed out of the problem. On sight, management ruined the stay.

Beautiful Condo
Condo was decorated absolutely beautiful and perfect location on the beach. Only issue is that the hallway light is on motion sensor, so you are blasted with light every time you walk through hallway. So, we had to cover light switch in order to sleep at night. If you want to be on the beach, this is the condo to rent!
