Ola Vista Beachfront with Game Room, Theater, Private Pool & Elevator

Ola Vista is an 11 bedroom, 11.5 bath (plus a bonus pool bath) beachfront home with has everything you could want for a great vacation. Enjoy a big living area, dining space for everyone, a game room, a theater room and 11 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Outside you'll enjoy a beachfront deck complete with private heated pool (heatable for $50/day), lounge chairs, a pool bath for your convenience, and a dune walkover. There is even a bedroom with an ADA-compliant Handicap Accessible bath in case you need it. Summer weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Please note, after Summer 2024 there will be fewer bunks than you see today and the house will accommodate a total of 36 guests.

The main floor features a huge great room with plenty of gathering space for everyone to eat together. The kitchen features 3 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ranges, a large commercial ice machine just off the kitchen and a long breakfast bar. You'll find a game room with billiards, a shuffleboard table, and a video game table. There are also 3 full sized arcade games in the entry hall. Beyond that you'll find a theater room with comfortable seating and 3 main floor bedrooms including a handicap accessible King bedroom and bath with a roll-in shower, a bedroom with a pair of queens, and a room with a Queen over Queen Bunk. There is also a half bath on this floor (in addition to the half bath outside by the pool).

The top floor has 8 additional bedrooms including 2 beachfront King bedrooms, 4 additional Kings, 2 bunkrooms, each currently with 2 Queen/Queen Bunks, plus 1 Twin/Twin Bunk.
