Relax in this serene 3bed/2bath Indonesian inspired home located in a quiet neighborhood near Downtown & I-10. House includes a hot tub, BBQ, 2-car garage, Dual-Screen Workspace, & spacious backyard. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cookware & essential spices. Close by is a Safeway, Anytime Fitness, Walgreens, Starbucks, Subway, & more. Downtown is a short 10 min drive away and western Saguaro National Park is only a 15 min drive. 4 amazing golf courses within 5-15 minute drive.

This modern house situated in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a spacious 3-bed/2-bath space complete with a 2-car garage and a large backyard area. To ease concerns during this time, the space is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned between each stay. For those needing a productivity space, there is an office desk with a work-from-home (WFH) setup complete with two 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking adapter, keyboard, and mouse.

The Master bedroom has a bathroom and 1 KING bed. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed with an optional twin rollaway in the closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, & spices. Streaming services on the TVs including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, & ESPN are complimentary. Bath towels are laid out on the beds and

Included in the kitchen are a stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired.

Bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.

There is a spacious tastefully landscaped backyard with relaxing 6 person hot tub. Outside are a couple of lounge chairs and a small table as well.

The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed in the garage.

The neighborhood has a small park with a playground and basketball court. There is also a nearby bike path (The Loop) that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs. Tumamoc Hill Hiking Trail is 5 minutes away to enjoy the outdoors even more.

Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 in the evenings as desired.

Notice: A Refundable Security deposit of $250 is required upon booking.

Guests will be able to access the entire property except for the cleaning closet.

It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant.

There is also a bike path that runs north/south (The Loop) along Silverbell Rd and around Tucson that’s perfect for bike rides or morning jogs.

Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.

The two car garage is available and recommended for parking. The property is also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant Rd.

Longer stays (monthly) are welcome as well. Please message me first as to the reason for your stay before booking an extended stay.
- If you are booking with multiple people, please state the full names of each guest or invite them to your reservation through the appropriate platform app.

- If you are booking my place as a local, you must first message me as to the reason for your stay before I accept at my discretion.

- You must be verified by Government ID AND have favorable reviews from past hosts to successfully Instant Book. Otherwise it is at my discretion to accept the booking.

- Monthly stays are welcomed and will require brief monthly maintenance inspections to upkeep the condition of the property. Every monthly maintenance appointment will require its own additional $50 fee to be paid immediately after booking. Maintenance schedule will be disclosed after booking and guests can choose whether to be present or not.

- Booking on behalf of someone else (third-party booking) is not allowed at this listing. Third-party bookings can be subject to a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Please have that person create their own platform-specific account and book from there. Exception: A Designated Booker can book for staff and clients of a company

- Unregistered additional guests subjects you to an additional fee of $60 per day per person and or a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation and or requiring the extra guests to leave.

- Please remove your shoes at the door.

- Wash or put away in the dishwasher any dirty dishes.

- Parties are strictly prohibited and will incur a fee of $300 plus any potential damages.

- Any smoking anywhere indoors will incur the guest a fee of at least $300 for remediation.

- Use and or possession of illegal drug substances will incur a fee of $300.

- Unauthorized pets will incur the guest a fee of $300. Pets may be allowed by request at the discretion of the host for a $75 Pet Fee.

- Unauthorized entry into the maid closet will be considered trespassing and result in a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation along with a $400 fee.

- Tampering with outdoor security cameras will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation along with a $300 fee.

- If the hot tub is found to be in an unusually dirty condition during its weekly maintenance visit and requires a complete drain and refill, a $300 fee per occurrence will be incurred.

- Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10PM to 7AM. Noise complaints may be grounds for non-refundable cancellation of reservation.

- If you have any complaints about the property (amenities, cleanliness, repairs, etc.), upon addressing these issues to the host or platform you are authorizing one of our staff to enter the property and remedy the issue in a timely manner.

- At the end of your stay, place all used towels in the washer with detergent and start a normal hot cycle. And clean out any personal food or beverages that you may have left in the fridge, freezer, or pantry.

- Unauthorized late checkouts over an hour past 10AM that interfere with cleaning and prepping the space for next guests will incur you a fee of the base daily rate of $170. If the following guests need to cancel their stay in result of this delay, you will also incur the full charge of their stay.
