Tucked away in the quiet Clipper Ridge neighborhood, you’ll find this family and pet friendly gem. The living room and kitchen are spacious and a great gathering space. The kitchen flows out onto the outdoor patio with a BBQ and firepit. You will have plenty of room in this 1 story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Primary suite has a king bed and full bathroom attached. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Fourth bedroom/Game room has a futon and twin rollaway bed.

There is also a portable computer desk and chair that can be set-up and used anywhere that is comfortable.

The backyard is fully fenced to keep your furry friends, and human friends, safe!

You are in short driving distance to the harbor where you’ll find shops, restaurants and beach access. You are even close enough to walk, it’s a lovely 1.2 mile stroll.

If you have kids that need to burn off some steam, there is a neighborhood park in a 5 minute walk.

If you haven’t been to Main Street in downtown Half Moon Bay, you are missing out. Historic downtown is a short 5 miles away from the house with easy parking along the streets. If you’re visiting on the weekend, check out the Coastside Farmer’s Market on Saturdays at Shoreline Station May through December. Downtown has some fantastic restaurants, cafes and wine rooms – come hungry! Kids will love visiting the Full Hearts Arcade & Eats!
