Ryan and Emily met while both living and working in New York City. After initially realizing that neither of them wished to remain on the East Coast, they immediately began narrowing down the best West Coast options to fit their lifestyle and career goals.
Ryan had previously graduated from BSU and quickly sold Emily on the many outdoor recreation activities close by and the proximity to their families. They took the leap to move to Boise, ID in 2018 and never looked back.
They now own and manage several rental properties in the Treasure Valley, completely committed to bringing a great experience to every visitor no matter the length of their stay.

Why they chose this property
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 10 minutes away from downtown. There is a nice park located about 5 minutes away, walking, called Cypress Park. It has children's playgrounds and off-leash hours for dogs as well as a great view of the valley.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique due to the lovely corner location, giving more privacy as well as parking options. We have also recently did a complete renovation on the property which elevated and updated the property itself.
