Take advantage of the many community amenities included with this rental, such as the large pool and a kiddie pool, tennis and basketball courts, bocce court, picnic area with grill, a crabbing dock, water access for small boats and so much more. This neighborhood is perfect for walking or biking on trails and paved roads. This recently remodeled home is close to the action of Lewes and Rehoboth. You can experience shopping, beaches, water sports, and more, all just a short ride away. Your summer vacation awaits!

This is a non-smoking unit.
This home is dog friendly with a $150 pet fee, per pet. 2 dog maximum occupancy, small or medium dogs only, dogs over 60lbs are not permitted.
This home is accepting nightly rentals throughout the year. There is a 2 night minimum rental.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $.

Just What We Needed

It was a nice property, it wasn't too far from the beach and had enough room for 4 of us. Some issues with wifi but otherwise no big issues.

Short trip to Rehoboth

The place was in a great location, gated which was nice, however the first night we could not get in the gate when we got back from dinner due to not getting the correct code. They definitely have an ant problem throughout the kitchen. There is no king sized bed ( which is in the listing) and you have to bring your own sheets , the beds are all double ..the master might be a queen. The mattresses could use upgrades, especially in the spare rooms and the furniture in the family room is a bit uncomfortable. Overall the location was perfect for us and the neighborhood is fairly clean. There is a loud, barking dog next door but I know the neighbors did the best they could with bringing the dog in when we were outside.
