ABOUT THIS HOME: Welcome to "As You Like It," your quintessential beach retreat awaiting your arrival! This charming abode combines the nostalgic ambiance of old 30A with all the modern comforts of a luxury beach house, complete with a tantalizing peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Tucked away amidst the rolling sand dunes, adjacent to Grayton Beach State Park, prepare to be transported back in time as you take in sweeping vistas of pristine, untouched white sands. Designed to accommodate multi-generational families, "As You Like It" offers a sanctuary where cherished memories are born. Boasting six bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with a cozy bunk area for the kids to unwind, there's ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. Step outside onto the expansive deck spaces and immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere of old 30A, with Grayton Beach State Park just a stone's throw away, offering endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. ABOUT THE AREA: The best of both worlds: be on the Gulf, walkable to the famous Red Bar (wait for the buzzer while relaxing on the covered porch) or Western Lake for paddle boarding. And if shopping is your thing, you have plenty in Grayton Beach, Seaside and Watercolor as well as farmers markets in both Watercolor and Seaside.

BEACH ACCESS: Beach Access is just a few steps south of the home. No parking available. Grayton Dunes is another beach access close to home a block from the home. When you get to the end of your road, beach access is to the right. No Parking Available. Grayton Beach State Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the area. If you want access to winding trails amongst the massive dunes, strolling along a coastal dune lake as well as a stunning beach with all the facilities, then this is a perfect option. There's a small entry fee for day use at 357 Main Park Road, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459

• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
