A Historic Charmer with a touch of vintage flower child vibes. Not your cottage-by-the-sea, a retro retreat by the river. Located in the Historic District of Dunnellon, Boomtown Bungalow is a 125 year old home. This unique and cozy stay is close to everything. Walking distance to all the downtown area has to offer. Less then 30min in every direction to numerous adventures. Come stay and play in this old Florida town. Float The Rainbow River, Fish the Withlacoochee. Air boat tours and wildlife sightings. Manatees, Mermaids, Adventures Galore! A short drive to the Gulf Coast beach in Crystal River, Mermaids in Weeki Wachee, The World Equestrian Center in Ocala and all of the food and shopping you'd need there as well. Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens and Devils Den Spring in Williston.

The home boasts 3 cozy bedrooms in a unique floor plan that is sure to delight. Each room has a TV, as well as one in the living room. The porch is screened for an enjoyable porch sittin' session. The home is located on a corner lot in the historic district and is walking distance to all the charm and amenities Dunnellon has to offer.

The heating and air conditioning is a convenient ductless system allowing for individual comfort in the home.

Parking is available in the front yard, back yard and in the right of ways in front of and along side of the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve meals but has limited counter space.
