The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze. Step outside to the spacious deck and immerse yourself in the tranquil forest surroundings. The comfortable sectional invites you to enjoy outdoor living all day long. With a table and additional seating, you can easily transform this space into a dining area — perfect for firing up the grill and dining alfresco!
Head downstairs for some fun in the game room, which features a ping pong table, foosball table, arcade game, and TV for endless entertainment. As the day winds down, take a soothing dip in the hot tub to top off your perfect relaxing day.

When you’re ready to recharge, retreat to one of 4 comfortable bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each boast a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, so there’s plenty of room for everyone! Every bedroom is equipped with a TV for added entertainment.

Located less than a mile from The Village at Sunriver, Quail offers easy access to shopping and dining. Take a short 10-minute walk to the SHARC to enjoy the pool, pickleball, tennis, and other sports courts using the 10 SHARC passes included in your stay. Quail provides sports equipment including pickleball paddles, a volleyball, and a basketball, as well as bikes so you can get out and explore. And with breathtaking nature all around, there’s no shortage of ways to experience the outdoors!

Home Truths:
- Quail provides 10 SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center) passes for during your stay.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Please note that the State of Oregon requires everyone over the age of 12 to wear face masks in indoor public spaces, including any communal facilities belonging to the Home Owner's Association that may be located near your home. We ask that you abide by these rules.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
