Guest Bedroom: Furnished with two full beds, ensuring comfort for your guests.
Balcony: Accessible from both the living room and main bedroom, providing a serene spot to enjoy the scenery.
Living Area: Includes a couch with a sofa bed, a love seat, and a cozy space for relaxation. Nautical Decor creates a beachy mood.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with a standard coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, kitchenware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Dining Area: Comfortably seats six with four chairs and one bench, making it perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, provided bath towels
and linens, free WIFI, and two parking permits.

Renters must be 21 or older, and a $250 security hold is due at check-in.

Please note that we do not provide salt, pepper, cooking oils, or coffee filters.

This is a dog-friendly resort. Pet fee of $125 for one dog or $185 for two dogs, plus 11% tax per unit, payable upon check-in. Max: 2 dogs per unit 70lbs max weight limit per dog. Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.
Pets are welcome on Ocean City's beaches from October 1st to April 30th but are not permitted on the beach from May 1st to September 30th. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these regulations.
