About this property

The Treehouse escape is set amidst 55 acres of natural beauty

The Treehouse escape is set amidst 55 acres of natural beauty. As you approach, a winding path leads you through lush woodland as you hike into your stay.
The treehouse itself is a haven, perched at the top of the hill. Created out of shipping containers it uniquely blends modern with comfort.
Created in a way that allows you to escape reality, with its hike in feature (about 100 steps) and no wifi. You really are at a place you can escape.

We live locally and are available if needed. Please reach out via text or call if you are not getting a response on the app.

Explore and Roam the 55 acres.

When you enter the is a working tree farm to your left. Farther down the road you'll see a white farm house. Please keep your distance from these two spots. Light activity in these locations may take place from time to time.
You are free to roam the rest of the area. Enjoy!

When you arrive you'll park and hike into the treehouse about 100 steps up a mulched path.
The treehouse is set in Pincherry Acres on a 55 acre parcel which is open for you to explore.
The tree house is made of two shipping containers masterfully designed for oneness with nature. The upper floor contains the bedroom and fully tiled bathroom. Off the bedroom is the first of 3 balconies.
Down the spiral staircase you are welcomed with a nicely stocked kitchen which is equipped with a cook top, pots and pans, full size fridge, keurig coffee pot and sink.
The living room is made cozy with an indoor fireplace, books and games. There is no wifi at the house but if you have service (AT&T does) you can stream using your hot spot.
However you won't want to spend too much time indoors. The second balcony opens with a glass garage door in the living room. That back deck is decorated with a propane firepit for instant ambiance.
On the main balcony where you enter the property you are met with a table for outdoor eating as well as a grill. Explore the 55 acres as you unwind, relax and recharge during your stay at the Treehouse at Pincherry Acres.

You must hike into the treehouse. You can not drive up to it. It is about a 100 step walk uphill on a mulched path.
