About this property

Super Fun in the Sun

You will love our newly decorated, fun and funky, vacation hideaway. The relaxed atmosphere will constantly remind you that you are on vacation! ! Everything is freshly painted, we have new hardwood floors, a new sofa sleeper that is actually comfortable, and have finished out our decorating with some humourous art and a few funky lamps. The grill, gazebo and two swimming pools are just steps from our patio which looks out onto the tennis courts.

The beach is directly across the street with easy access by the boardwalk. There is fun shopping and great eating just minutes in every direction, but the immediate area is never crowded or jammed with traffic. You will love it here!

Great location
Patricia is a wonderful host - responsive, warm & made good recommendations! The location is close enough to the Square to easily bike. The beds weren't as comfortable as home (but are they ever?) but the property was well equipped with everything needed. And the AC would keep hell cool! Fear not August.

Perfect, Quirky Seagrove Spot
We had a wonderful trip. Pat was very communicative and the apt was perfect for our 3 person family. You can literally walk across the street to the beach. There is a golf cart rental close to the apt. (Best way to get around on vacation, for us). (Just be careful where you park the cart... you WILL get a ticket if you park in the wrong area!) There are restaurants that are walkable. Seaside is a short trek away and so is Watercolor. (We visited each of those beaches, as well). We would definitely rebook if available in the future. The beaches were crystal clear and calm enough for our 3 year old. Fantastic showing for our summer vacation. Thanks, Pat.

The property was very charming. Close to the beach and a convience store down the road. Easy access 😎 to the ⛱️ beach. Pat had to have some plumbing issues taken care of while we were there. She kept us informed on who and when they were to arrive. They were in and out under an hour. We would definitely stay here again

Little cozy apartment
It was a very nice location and a little cozy apartment. Patricia answered all of my questions and request. We had a fun time even with the down pours. We visited Topsail State Park and Grayton State Park.

Pat’s place is great for a quick getaway!
My husband, 12 year old, and I stayed for a couple of days on our way from WDW back to Texas. Easy walk to the beach! Bring a wagon if you have a lot of beach stuff.

We had a Great Experience!! Location was the best !! Close to all the restaurants and beach access was a few minute walk . Also owner was fantastic to deal with !! Would recommend this unit to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful memories created .

Underwhelming
Property is in need of a major update. It appears the only major changes were adding a dishwasher and new flooring in the living room & kitchen areas. Bathroom appears to have original fixtures and the toilet leaked. Carpet in the bedroom area is old and tired. Housekeeping should move the sofa when they clean and also clean under the bed as the dust was quite built up. We had friends staying in the area that had much nicer, updated facilities for a similar cost. Pool was nice and clean as were the laundry facilities. Location was good.

Perfect for our family. Affordable, balcony looks out onto peaceful palm treed courtyard, short walk to beautiful beach. Pat, the host, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Would love to return.

A great base camp
Patricia’s place is colorful and bright and had everything we needed to explore the area during our month-long stay. The few questions we had were answered promptly. Since it is a ground floor unit there is some noise from above. We enjoyed our time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Cozy Beach Condo
This is an adorable condo right across the street from the beach. Perfect location! There are tennis courts, a pool. Grounds are well kept. We had a wonderful stay! Patricia, the owner is wonderful and so easy to work with!

The location is amazing and it is a very quick and easy walk to the beach. Apartment definitely needs to be renovated, but I knew that going in from the other reviews. Pat was very quick to respond to a couple issues we had.

Peaceful and comfortable
From the moment you walk in the property invokes that nostalgic feeling of being on the beach - appropriate decor, windows facing the Gulf and bright colored walls perfect for a vacation. The space is lovely for a solo traveler or couple and the walk to the beach is less than 5 min. There’s a seafood market across the street and a convenience store right next door - you don’t even need a car to enjoy your stay.
