Lay back and lounge in this calm, stylish space. Across the street from beautiful Holmes Beach. Enjoy a quiet community with a heated shared pool and under a 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. This home has been intentionally updated and designed to create a peaceful space to enjoy the sun. A wide variety of great places to eat and shop are just around the corner in walking distance.
This home is 687 sq ft. Primary bedroom has a king bed with a closet. Second bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds with a closet. 1 bathroom with double sink and stand up shower. Kitchen includes stove, full size fridge and a dish washer along with all the tools you need to make a meal. Patio area has an umbrella and seating along with an outdoor shower with hot water and a small BBQ. Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided. You have full access to this home. We have a shared widows deck to sit back and have a cold drink.
There is a Ring doorbell camera located on the outside of the front door that actively records video and audio as well as a Ring light and camera in the patio that also actively records video and audio.
