We are a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom single family home with a pool, hot tub, putting green, corn hole, pool table, foosball, BBQ, and fruit trees. We have a pool fence for child safety. 7 Beds with a breakdown of 2 kings, 3 queens, and 2 twins. We offer an EV charger at no added cost, 2 pack n plays, high chair, ironing board, iron. We are a great value for this location and amenities.

The space

Oversized backyard with mature landscaping and privacy. Grapefruit tree with plenty or fruit! String Lights, Pool Light, Landscape Lights, Hot Tub Light and Jets! BBQ and Outdoor TV. We have a pool fence for child safety.

Fully equipped kitchen offering all your essentials. Filtered water and ice maker in the Freezer. The garage conversion is a game room of fun for the competitive types, featuring a Foosball table and pool table!

Guest access
The home has a keyless entry for a smooth check in. Use the last four numbers of the phone number on file with the booking website to enter. When parking in the driveway, and when your back is to Windsor Ave, turn left and enter through the gate. Then open the metal security gate and enter your code at the front door. If you enter the right side of the driveway gate, then you will be led to a door by the hot tub that enters the garage, and this door does not have a coded lock. The handle can accept a code, but this door is not programmed with a code.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay.

Other things to note
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 18 years of age or older to rent. The renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 3 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 11 AM (this time is strict)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions ($75 per pet per stay)

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

This is a dog friendly property, maximum 2 dogs. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Pet fee of $75 per pet per stay with prior approval.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
