Explore Seaside from our charming cottage, situated at the northern end of the iconic Seaside Promenade. This prime location offers you a tranquil retreat just steps from a quiet stretch of beach. A short stroll down the Promenade leads you to the heart of town, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and enjoy local attractions. Ideal for families and couples alike, the cottage boasts stylish, cozy interiors, comfortable beds with luxurious Brooklinen sheets, and an inviting fireplace. Just outside the door you will find endless activities to enjoy- crabbing, clamming, fishing, kayaking, bike-riding, hiking and more. Seaside offers an aquarium and carousel, both great activities for families. We offer a grill for cooking at home or you can take a picnic to the beach or explore the many delicious restaurants in town.

Hi there! We are Chelsea and Treva, and we reside in Portland, OR. We love to travel, spend time with our dogs and eat healthy and delicious meals. Having worked in restaurants for 20 years, Treva has hospitality in her veins. Hosting guests in our home is such a privilege and we love to share what a special place The Sweetheart Cottage is with others.

Why they chose this property

We are in the desirable Northern end of town just steps to the beach. It's a quiet, tranquil and friendly neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Upon meeting and becoming a couple, we bonded over our shared love of architecture and interior design and it's been a dream of ours to renovate a home together one day. Our cottage was built in 1936. Six months ago, we decided to dive into a full remodel of the space. The entire home was gutted and we have worked tirelessly to create the coziest and dreamiest holiday escape. Each detail was hand-selected and we will continue to improve upon the cottage as time goes on. We're especially excited for future landscaping plans and to add more luxurious amenities to the home such as a hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower in the future. We hope to create a space where people love to return to again and again.
