This newly renovated basement is located in the island of Logan tucked in between First Dam and the two branches of the Logan River. Utah State University Campus and Logan Canyon are with in walking distance of the home.

There's a beautiful city park .1 miles from the house with additional parks also within a short walking distance, as well as numerous walking trails and paths.
