Welcome to your luxurious 10-acre retreat, where tranquility and comfort await you. This 3500 sq ft custom-built home offers a serene escape, complete with breathtaking sunsets, pool, media room and close proximity to the University of Arkansas.

Inside:

Perfect for family vacations or a peaceful getaway, this home features four ensuite bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite boasts a king bed and a lavish bathroom with multiple shower heads and a bidet toilet for a spa like experience. The three other bedrooms offer queen beds and comfortable linens.

Step into the open floor plan living area with large windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The fully stocked kitchen, with quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a dining table that seats six, is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available.

Outside:

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The expansive patio features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and an outdoor TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Take a dip in the pool, which includes a sundeck for easy entry and lounging, or enjoy the dedicated office space if you need to catch up on work. The media room, with six electric recliners and a giant screen with a projector, is ideal for movie nights.

Everything was perfect with this place. A fantastic layout, with every bedroom having their own bathroom. The pool was great to go enjoy inbetween our son’s baseball games. It was very clean, and extremely nice. Great, peaceful surroundings(got to see some deer and horses while on porch). The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to our emails. Everything was great. You will not regret staying at this beautiful home, I promise!!

Amazing Stay
Amazing Stay! We had a great time at this house! The pool was awesome and perfect for cooling off. We loved the patio too, especially watching the sunsets every night—they were beautiful! Inside, the media room was so much fun for movie nights. The seats were super comfy, and the sound was just like a real theater. The bedrooms were cozy, and we slept really well every night. The house is very private and quiet, which made our stay even better. It felt like our own little paradise. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation!
