- No guests other than those allotted for when booking.
- No pets. A fee of $250 will be charged if pets are snuck in.

As stated elsewhere in the listing, the guest suite is next door to the infamous Boise Depot which was once an operating train station. While it is now a museum, there are a few short trains that you may hear go by during business, weekday hours. If anything, it is just a reminder of how central you are to all the happenings in Boise!
