This building provides the best of both worlds the Sunrise and Sunset it is walking distance to the Famous Johns Pass and Intracoastal area! You are a short drive to St. Petersburg Beach as well as have easy access to the Tampa airport and or surrounding areas. This condo can sleep up to 8 guests. This is an intimate complex with strict rules for the residents residing here, which is perfect if you are wanting a beach get away with peace and quiet in mind. This home is a corner unit which is tastefully decorated for the ultimate Florida experience. Everything is provided all you need is your toothbrush, toiletries, clothes, sunscreen and happy thoughts. The first set of supplies will be available such as cleaning products, toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Upon your stay it is asked you refill. This home has towels, beach chairs, floating devices, umbrellas, Flat Screen TV's in most rooms, high speed internet is available and it is fully equipped to enjoy your stay. The dining room can seat up to 8 people, there is a beautifully updated kitchen, granite countertops, wet bar , stainless steel applicances an open space all looking out to the balcony overseeing the pool and the magnificant beach. There is a grill available by the pool downstairs underneath the tiki hut along with lots of lounge chairs to languish upon. You will have 1 reserved parking spot under the belly of the building and additional parking out front. Elevator, stairwell and pool gate have a coded access. Due to this being a small community we require an application which is submitted to the association. It is a 25 days minimum stay and we hope that you will come and enjoy the opportunity to vacation in this luxurious beach front condo ! We require a $2000 refundable deposit and you must get your own travelers insurance through AAA. The rules for this lovely complex will be attached for you to review.
