Beautiful, spotless one bedroom cottage just 5 minutes from Old Town located in a quiet neighborhood of homes on irrigated property.

800 square foot cottage is attached to a two story farmhouse style home.

Pull into your private driveway and park under the shade of a beautiful mature tree.

Walk into the great room which includes a 40" Smart TV, new furniture, and free wifi. Laundry closet is also attached.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to cook gourmet meals.

Bedroom has 32" Smart TV, comfy queen bed with spa quality sheets, black out shade, and a new twin size futon. There is also a queen size 18" deep premium, self-inflating air mattress that can be used in great room or bedroom for extra sleeping space.

Bathroom has jetted tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and separate toilet area.

Outdoor fenced yard has cozy porch with seating for 4 and a grassy yard with fire pit and BBQ.

Cottage is attached to main house by one shared wall. All of your space is completely separate from main house, quiet and private.
