French doors off of kitchen lead to patio deck —drink your coffee or BBQ while enjoying views of the water! Fall asleep in the crow's nest listening to the sound of the waves. Large picnic style dining room table. Boogie boards and other beach paraphernalia available, as well as private garage space for one car. Ample free parking on all surrounding streets. Five minutes drive from downtown/boardwalk. Restaurants, coffee, bars within walking distance in the neighborhood.

Girls Trip!

My friends and I loved our stay! We had 3 nights of fun and we loved the amenities, the decor, the location, the amount of space/beds, etc. It was great to be a quick walk to the water. One night we decided to do a bonfire and it was as simple as buying wood and walking 2 minutes to make that happen. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful! While we loved the space and the listing does note about "tenants below" 1x, my group did forget about that detail and had to adjust to the idea of quiet hours. This is a large condo vs a house. However, we did not have any issue with any of the neighbors. The two decks also were amazing since we got beautiful weather. We all just drank our coffee and chatted for hours in the morning. I do recommend this listing!

Roomy family place near the beach

This place was big and open and lovely! We could walk to the beach and the Boardwalk and to restaurants and coffee shops! The place was well supplied with all we needed!!! There are two decks and a spacious living room with 3 couches! Communication with Rob was SUPERB.

Review of property

House was nice , dog friendly - very close to beach - nice lay out 3 stories - nice patio - the only issue was the neighbors were pretty rude. I don’t think they are on board with having a rental property next door to them. Other than that house was pretty nice !
