About this property

Luxury pool home in one of Bonita Springs premier communities: Palmira.

Gated community Home has three TV’s, with both cable and streaming which includes Netflix , Amazon, Max, paramount plus, Disney, Hulu, showtime ESPN+. There is an outdoor kitchen, pool, washer, dryer and garage for one car plus parking spaces. It has Leather couches with head and lounge adjustments. It has a large master bedroom with an adjustable bed with massage. Great view of canal and golf course from house as well as outdoors.
Street has plenty of trees and lushness. The pool can be heated for a fee of $200 per month.

There is both a main pool and lap pool just a walk away along with a restaurant that can deliver right it your poolside lounge chair or table, fitness center, bocce courts, pickleball and tennis. Lessons and fitness classes like yoga, golf fitness , pickleball are available for a small fee. Food stores and restaurants are nearby.

There are many beaches just 15 minutes away by car. The HOA will need to approve you before Ican accept the rental. A form needs to be filled out with an admin fee so that you can use all of the amenities

I am a retired executive. I have a condo 3 miles away. I enjoy seeing people enjoy all the benefits and amenities of the house and Palmira. Bonita Springs is beautiful and although it’s only 3 miles from Naples it has less traffic.

Why they chose this property

I choose this community because of its beautiful lushness and greenery as well as its proximity to other activities and less traffic than Naples.

This property is within walking distance to the Renaissance center.
