Great for families

It was lovely to walk out the back door and be on the beach in a couple of minutes. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer with two kids who were beach lovers was great. Location out is close to whale watching tours, fishing, dining and more.

Perfect location

Love this smaller complex. The beach area is not crowded and being on the ground floor away from the stairs is perfect. The extra bunk room was also wonderful to have!

Summer vacation

We loved this property. Location is perfect at the end of the beach. Condo is small so not many people and all of the people we did meet there were super friendly. Pool is kind of small BUT it was NEVER crowded. Usually only 1 or 2 couples/families at a time. We will definitely stay here again.

Deceptively advertised as convenient walk out back door to beach access & dirty, low standard rental

Issues were NOT worth hassle of reaching out to the host given short length of stay (<72 hours). Issues WERE things that need to be addressed. This host will probably only be willing to fix so much if the overall standard of the unit is lacking, therefore consider my review completely subjective. Per the hosts’ prior review responses, this is not one of her luxury properties so given the lack of consideration for guests’ experiences, my review is strictly for anyone booking who may take issue with the same things that I did once they get in there.

My best friend and I stayed the weekend and loved this property! The location is perfect tucked away on the beach away from the busy street. Our first floor room was steps from the beach. Our host was amazing! Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Loved it!

The condo was very nice. The owner was also very nice. She called me before I arrived to give me information about the condo, and to let me know I could contact her if I had any issues. The board walk to the beach is right outside the back door. I will be staying here again.

Orange beach

Nice and cozy condo. The walk to the beach is quite a hike. Check in was very easy. The host is very nice and asked us a few times during our stay if everything was ok. There was an hvac problem but the host was aware immediately, in fact she told us there was a problem and had someone to fix it that very day. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Great Location but needs a thorough cleaning

The location of the place is amazing! Super close to great restaurants. The place needs to be cleaned more thoroughly in between stays. We had to wear shoes while walking around in the place because otherwise our feet would have been covered in dirt. There was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror and we found several hairs on some of the pillows on one of the beds. The owner was also 2 hours late giving us the codes to get in and was hard to get a hold of. Overall great location for a beach trip but the cleanliness was an issue.

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s the perfect location. We were able to walk right out the back door on to the pier to the beach and some amazing food just across the street. We will definitely stay here again!!

BEST SPOT ON THE BEACH!

All the years i've been coming to the island, this is by far the BEST one! i wish i would have found it years ago! Back patio walks right out to the beach, and the location is NOT crowded at all and very quiet!!! Mrs. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with and very personable, any questions I had she helped me out immediately !! Others that i have used were not very friendly and very robotic. i HIGHLY recommend this place, its a very "homey" condo!!
