The location is fantastic! It's perfectly located to be able to get to both Old Town Scottsdale or ASU within minutes, while also not being in a very busy area. The complex was recently redone and looks beautiful!

What makes this property unique

The main things that make the property unique are the onsite amenities and the location. The pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and clubhouse are top notch, and the location is perfect for those traveling in for Barrett Jackson, Waste Management, Spring Training, or to visit ASU.
