The Nantucket Sandcastle features spacious living areas, tastefully decorated to reflect the island's coastal charm. The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 cozy bedrooms and 4 well-appointed bathrooms (2 Full, 2 Half). The layout is designed to foster a sense of togetherness, perfect for families and groups of friends.

Main Living Area:
Step into the inviting living room, where comfortable seating creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The windows allow natural light to flood the space, offering picturesque views of the lush surroundings.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen was renovated in 2023 and features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a large table that comfortably seats 8, providing the perfect setting for memorable family dinners.

Bedrooms:
Each of the five bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and access to the backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh island air. The additional bedrooms are equally inviting, featuring king, queen and twin beds with tasteful décor.

Yard:
The private back yard allows room for sitting under the apple tree to read a book, or enjoying lunch at the picnic table or having a game of whiffle ball. The side lawn features a courtyard deck with seating for 4 and a barbecue grill, ideal for al fresco dining.
