Sandarac Condominium on the Beach - Fort Myers Beach Florida
The iconic Sandarac condo reopened October, 2023. Since hurricane Ian devastation to Estero Island, Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild and improve daily. This condo suffered no interior damage. The penthouse unit is located on the top floor of stack #4. We are ready to start taking reservations for stays starting November 1, 2024. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was remodeled in 2018 and has never been offered for as a rental. Although the ground floor continues to be rebuilt and enhanced, many of the improvements have been completed. The pool opened May, 2024 and the lobby and beach access will be completed soon. Book now to secure your stay for this coming fall or winter.

From Chicago and visit Fort Myers Beach 10 to 12 times a year. We’ve been on island every New Year’s since 2017, the same year we purchased this condo.
Why they chose this property
Sandarac is located on the widest white sand beach of Estero Island. One of the largest properties on the island with nearby shopping, Publix, restaurants and beach rentals like wave runners.
What makes this property unique
Condo is top floor of stack number 4, open walkway leads to condo with no other condo after ours. Very private and safe.
