This new and contemporary villa has everything to seduce you; close to all attractive places for your stay, 12 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to Chaweng beach road & 10 minutes to Fisherman village.

We want to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, so we have some important details to share with you:
We will send you a link to do pre check-in and be sure we have all information for your check-in, passport details of your arrival times security deposit etc..
1/ ❯❯❯ Electricity: Due to instances where guests may not be careful with air conditioning usage, we kindly inform you that electricity costs are extra. 8 THB/kWh about 300 Thb/ days (depend how you use aircon) =>Aircon Tips : Setup 25 degrees, turn off when you out of the room, close all doors.
2/ ❯❯❯ Cleaning one time after seven days, EXTRA CLEANING available on request.
3/ ❯❯❯ Check in after 3 Pm - Check out Before 10 Am
4/ ❯❯❯ No smoking inside the villa
5/ ❯❯❯ We request security deposit, can be by print credit card for convenience, cash or one passport
