About this property

Our villa has everything you could need. from a cool dip in the pool, relaxing in front of the TV to enjoying a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Whilst being extremely near to restaurants, theme parks, golfing, shops and much more.

The villa is a single storey 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home.

Bedroom 1: Our master suite has a queen size bed with an En-suite that is fit for a King. You can use the jacuzzi tub or hop into the stand alone double shower. There are his and hers vanity sinks so no need to wait. An incredible walk-in closet that has ample room for everything.

Bedroom 2: A second suite with a Queen size bed and an En-suite. This room has direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 3: A twin room.

Bedroom 4: Another double room. Perfectly placed between the two rooms is a fully equipped bathroom.

For your additional comfort the villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

The villa is big and has a it's own pool and spa. The pool can be heated on request. It has the added advantage of not being overlooked at the back.

It has a games room with a pool table and an air hockey table, which gives children something to do whilst you might just want to relax.

For those who just want to keep in touch with home or work or simply want to check park times or local shopping there is free high speed wireless Internet access.

The community centre has everything you might need. From taking time out in the gym to playing table tennis, beach volleyball, tennis and simply relaxing in the lounge. It has an amazing pool with plenty of sun beds for everyone.

Fab Villa

Communication with owner was superb, so friendly and helpful. Cleanliness score was due to the pool screen being covered in poo. We did not contact property manager as felt there was nothing they could do when we were using outside area daily and screen was ripped so does need replacing/ work doing on it. Also floors could have done with a good mop before we arrived. Location is the best we have ever had in Florida, lovely community. Villa is exactly as described and brilliant for 2 families to share. We also were unable to get in lock box but could use the code to enter the Villa so wasn’t really an issue. All in all we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Villa Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Being so close to Chsmpions Gate was very convenient for shopping and dinners. The community was easy to navigate and felt extremely safe. The house was clean and very well equipped. We spent two days enjoying the pool and relaxing, and another day park hopping at Universal Studios. The only thing we would have done differently was to request the heating for the pool in advance. Early April it was very chilly. We would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property was perfect for my family. The home was very clean which I was pleased with.

Property perfect for my family. Close to all conveniences . But farther from parks always waiting in traffic but it seems it's always busy no matter what time of day it was . Jean and the management company were easy to deal with and always came and took care of any issue quickly. Pool was on the smaller size for my family. The community pool is nice but the chairs there were all broken and uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time and would consider going here again.

Florida Getaway

We were very pleased with the house. We loved the community and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool and everything was there for us for being able to be just like home. We did have a couple of small issues and advised the property manager. They did not affect our stay in any way. It was a great location to drive to our daily destinations and we had now problem finding our way to and from the home. I would definately rent this property again if I am out that way.

Great home, great location

We have stayed in West Haven/Champions Gate many times over the last 14 years. It doesn’t disappoint and it has certainly grown over the years. Everything you need is right there. This home was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Lots of space to spread out but still cozy enough to feel like a home. The cranes (birds) in the area behind the house were highly entertaining to watch. Quiet neighbourhood, great wifi and reasonably priced! Jean was lovely to deal with as well. Very responsive to my silly questions 😊

Fantastic villa

From booking this villa until departing it has been a very easy experience. As a family we were very happy with the accommodation. Pool area was fantastic. Very close to dinsey and championsgate. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Villa!

We had an amazing time at Jean's villa. The Property Managers, Julie and Keith, were so responsive. The villa was perfectly clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. After a 2-1/2 month stay, we didn't want to leave!

Great stay!

My family and I just left from our stay at this property and it was great. The location is a short drive to the parks. Anything you may need is within a short drive. The house is just what we needed after a long day at the park. Check in and out process was super easy and very well explained. When we come back we would definitely look at this property again for a future stay. The house was very clean, no problems at all.

Upgrade it

So I stayed at this house with some friends April 2021. First of all, the owner need to use some of that money he/she charge for renting the house and upgrade the furniture. Furniture are old and falling apart. The towels and bed lien are also old and needs to be upgraded (you can get some nice ones at Walmart). Cleaning service only clean what the eyes can see. Found nasty old fries and a dirty mask under my bed. In the bathrooms the toilet tissue were used, so we ran out of toilet tissue and there were no extra rolls left (we had to buy our own toilet tissue). The location of the house is in a gated community, it is very nice and quite. I give my over all stay a 3 stars.

Quiet Secure Neighborhood

Very nice quiet neighborhood, the villa in general was as advertised with the exception that the living room sectional is worn out and the kitchen faucet is in need of repair. The TV's in the bedrooms were setup for streaming which was of no use to any of us.

Really lovely stay

Overall a really lovely stay at this property. Everything was as per the listing. Even left a few dishwasher tablets to get you started. However there were a few downsides. We had to buy our own plastic cups to use outside as there weren’t any in the house. Also after travelling for almost 24 hours and finally arriving after dark, it would have been much easier to find and open the lockbox if the property Manager had left a light on for us instead of trying to unlock everything whilst holding a phone to see by!

Safe, clean and amazing sunsets!

Fabulous home layout with easy pool and washroom access. Home was super clean upon arrival and has great location along with beautiful exterior property. Pool was heated and very enjoyable. Close proximity to great shopping, restaurants , Disney World / Universal Studios and Town of Celebration along with Premium Shopping Outlet Malls. Owner Jean was very accommodating and flexible with our travel dates. Nice to have a wonderful games room for enjoyment to unwind after our busy days Kelly S Ontario Canada

Wonderful stay!

We had a very great time to stay for our first time trip to Disney with our friends. Everybody likes it. Clean,quiet,safe,excellent management plus fluent communication from owner. We would recommend to our friends when they plan to visit next time.

Very enjoyable stay!

Very nice house and neighbourhood. Safe for walks and runs in the evenings yet close to amenities like shopping etc. Little hard to find on first evening. Only complaint would be the sofa which is too soft for comfortable seating.

Safe, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. The weather was warm and the heated pool was a welcome feature. This home was well stocked with linens and towels, and all rooms were clean and comfortable. The property manager (Keith) was extremely helpful when we needed assistance. Thank you, Jean.

Fantastic time can't wait to go back

My family and I stayed in Jean’s villa last October. We had a fantastic time. Everything we wanted was there. Everything was so clean and tidy. It was even better than the pictures. It was so spacious. We had loads of room. It was great to relax beside the pool in the evenings. The villa is in an excellent location. Close the theme parks and just of the I4. The I4 gives you easy access to wherever you want to go. We went to Bush Gardens and the beaches near Tampa, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre, Shopping malls and so much more. All were so easy to get to. The restaurants were incredible. I eat so much food. There is so much more I want to see that I will definitely go back again, hopefully the sooner the better. I will definitely stay in Jean’s villa again. I would highly recommend it to all my friends. Jean was such a pleasure to deal with. Every question I had she answered promptly. Julie and Keith who manage the villa were on hand while we were out there and they were both so nice and helpful. I can’t wait to go back.
