Ten minute walk to the Viking hotel and 17 minute walk to downtown Thames St . Off street parking for up to 4 cars (no sticker required for street parking), four bedroom, 2 bath, washer and dryer (linens can be provided), newly renovated kitchen with quartz countertops., air conditioners in each bedroom and on the first floor, front porch and outside grill.
