Friendly and fun Environment. BBQ grills on the patio for those grill masters ready to whip up a mean steak. We have a beautiful balcony on the third floor to take in the amazing view of the ocean and to get that tan going.

Cozy

Lovely community. No restaurant onsite but the location is in the center of plenty of shopping and places to dine. Excellent staff.

we never stayed here its a DUMP

walked in and walked out. Tried to get a refund at the desk, we were told no. Disputed it with AMEX who we used to pay for it and were told no. The place has pictures making it look nice on the website, but in reality the place looks like a frat house. I understand a refund policy but to blatantly mislead people and misrepresent a property is shameful. As I said I understand having a no refund policy and it was the summer season but the property is gross. It was also allegedly under renovation but the reservation never indicated that, which is another shameful misrepresentation of facts. At the end of the day I will seriously think twice about using VRBO or Expedia the parent company every again. I would like to be contafted about thhi ssituation

Worst stay ever !

First of all the communication prior to our trip was shabby at best. We didn’t hear from the property manager until late morning the day of check in. Once we arrived at property ( around 9:30 PM ) very unprofessional ! The carpets in the hallway hadn’t been cleaned in at least 10 years. Once we walked into the room my wife and I both looked at each other and said there is no way we can stay here. The carpet in the room was as bad as the hallway( we were afraid to walk on carpet without shoes). The A/C would work for a few seconds and then shut off, the tiny TV was perched up by the ceiling and didn’t work properly. The fitted sheet didn’t fit and kept coming off during the night. We ended up sleeping on the plastic covering the mattress. Worse night sleep I ever had. We woke up in the morning and booked a new room at the Harborside Inn., which was a Great experience. The manager was unwilling to refund any money . The property is totally misrepresented. DO NOT STAY HERE ! You will be totally disappointed !!!!
