Enjoy this home away from home! This beautifully furnished 2 bed/2 bath patio villa is situated on a corner lot in the village of Hawkins. Relax in the sunshine while sitting at the outdoor table or in the screened in Lanai. The house has a king bed in the master with plenty of closet and storage space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and sitting chair with tons of drawer space and very spacious closet. All towels and linens are provided along with kitchen utensils and a full-size washer and dryer. You will be able to have the full Villager experience while cruising around in your golf cart that is included in the rental.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

Wonderful Experience

Our time at Happy Villager Retreat was wonderful! The Villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was an easy check in and check out and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Village stay

Great place. Very clean and quiet. Host was very helpful from offsite and responded quickly via text when I sad questions. Would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

Will Stay Again!

I've stayed at multiple homes in The Villages and this one is at the top of the list! It was immaculate and the property manager was extremely responsive. She even offered to meet us for check in if needed! The house and golf cart are all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Villages!
